We headed up to Bear Lake a couple of weeks ago with Ben and Laurie. I had not been up to Bear Lake since I was like 10 so I was excited. Laurie got us the camping spot and we were on our way up.
Friday was FREEZING cold and windy so that wasn't fun but luckily Saturday warmed up for us.
The kids all ready to go boating
Ben and Caleb surfing
The campground we stayed at was awesome. It had activities for the kids, bike trails, swimming pools, jumping pillows, park, and razor trails.
One day they had a bubble party which the kids were in heaven with
Where's Caleb?

They had these awesome bikes you could rent so we made the boys rent them (they were so thrilled) and head into town to eat dinner. Of course we had to throw a friendly competition in there and I think we came out on top. They blame it on having extra kids in their bike, I blame it on just not as strong:)
The George's
All the hometown drive-in's were so yummy!!
Ben and Laurie's neighbors happen to be up there as well so they joined us for dinner.
Saturday warmed up and it was play time.
The boy's on the tube, Laurie gave them a good ride!!
It takes a real Man to look like this and be ok with it:)

The kiddos playing in the water
Then the bad happened. We were out to dinner waiting for our food and Chase Man was just playing around on the benches and slipped off. Laurie picked him up and took one look at him and said "his arm is broken watch the girls" That's all I remember and Ben throwing his food and them running to the car. We finished eating and decided since they had hot, yummy food we would take it to them. We went to the clinic in town but it was closed so Quinn assumed they headed to Montpelier so we hopped in the car with the girls and drove to the hospital but no Ben and Laurie. We finally were able to get a hold of them and they were told to go to Logan instead. So we headed back to the campground and waited for them. They ended up getting out of the hospital around 11:30 P.M. so we told them just to stay in Logan and the girls could sleep in the trailer with us.
Ouchie...he was such a stud and handled it so well.
The next morning when they got back, he was so proud to show his cast off. He ended up breaking his arm in two places.
They kids were all so worried about him and were so excited to see him.
We had to go on one last Razor ride before we headed out
