TOBY KEITH CONCERT

Yes, one more concert for the summer! We love country & so when we saw Toby was coming & it was outside at Usana we knew we had to go (for some reason concerts are better outside) We went with our friends Keri & Evert & we were hanging out & one of their friends came up & he said he had won some backstage passes, his wife is not a fan of him (toby) or even country so she told Keri she could take her place. I truly thought she might pass out right then & there! So lucky her she got to meet him he has a sexy vibe to him I am not real sure why though! So hence the picture sorry it was the only one for the night she had the camera with her the whole time! But it was way fun & he was a performer!!

COLLECTIVE SOUL CONCERT

We love the band Collective Soul! They played in Wendover this last weekend and we saw this as a night out with out kids!! We went with Quinn's brother Troy & his wife Erin. It was a great concert & we had a lot of fun. Thanks to G-pa & G-ma Beardall for watching the kids for us. The last picture is a picture of our suite at the Peppermill. The picture does not do it justice... it was as big as my house! The bathroom was the size of my bedroom & bathroom put together. Thanks to Quinn's friend Rich for getting it for us, he spends a little time down there so they comped it for him but he was heading home so he told us we could use it!! So thanks Rich! Erin and I got to enjoy the room more than me and Quinn because the boys went down to gamble so we stayed in the room & girl talked!

My friend Laurie & I decided to enjoy the last days of summer so we took the kids to the Zoo. They had so much fun! Peyton loved the animals so much & would get so excited if she would see one until I put her up close to one that she thought was real. Hence the picture below... she just started bawling! It was kind of funny!

Caleb on the spraying elephant. I thought it would be colder up there so I dressed him in long sleeves and pants & it was not at all so he was sooo HOT that he stood in front of this elephant to get wet & cool off. Sorry buddy!!

LABOR DAY FUN

On Labor Day we decided to go up to Rockport with our friends Evert & Keri & go fishing. The kids loved it so much but by this time (3:00 P.M.) little Peyton had not had a nap for the day so we decided to drive up the Mirror Lake Highway to get her a nap. While we were driving we found this fun little campground that we could roast marshmellows & it had ATV trails to ride on. We all went on hikes, rode 4-wheelers & roasted marshmellows. As we started to make dinner an absolute downpour of rain came so we camped out in the 4-wheeler trailer for about an hour but we still had so much fun,(a little cold) but the kids loved it. We have the most amazing mountains in Utah! We were sitting around the fire & the park ranger showed up & told us last week they spotted a bear in the EXACT spot we were at(YIKES)so he told us to not have any food out & taught us how to scare the bear away if he did return. Needless to say that was my sign to get out of there so we packed up & headed home.

CABIN FEVER!!

We were supposed to go to Lake Powell but work got to busy for Quinn's dad. We all had the time off so Quinn's mom called her sister to see if we could go up to her cabin in Schofield for a relaxing week. She was nice enough to let us use it. It was so much fun we fished, relaxed, played games, & enjoyed the outdoors. We were fishing and no one was really catching anything & all of a sudden Caleb was like I think I have one and sure enough by the time we got over there, he had the fished reeled in floping on the shore. So thanks to Aunt Peggy & Uncle Elwin for letting us use their beautiful cabin. What a great time to end the summer with!!

CALEB'S 1st DAY OF PRESCHOOL

Caleb finally went back to Preschool (yea for mom) at Newcastle School. He loves his new teacher Miss Mari Lin, but he still talks about his old teacher Miss Debi. He loves going to school, everyday he ask is it a school day? He has no fear of leaving mom he is usually out of the car before I tell him I love him, I guess that is good though. Such a handsome boy. He was starting to

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!!

Wow where to start for my 26th Birthday!! First we spent 2 days in St. George at my mom's house then my sweet mom took the kids so that Quinn & I could go to LAS VEGAS!! We met our good friends Evert & Keri down there, the boys had everything planned for us. We got in Wed. night and we went to a hypnosis show, Evert got on stage but could not go under, then afterwards all Evert talked about was getting a tattoo but he kind of wussed out & would not get one! Then on Thur. we went to Le Reve at the Wynn hotel the best show EVER! A must see if you are down there. It is all done in water, I cannot explain it but very cool. Then on Fri. (my actual b-day) the boys surprised me by getting a limo to go to the Chris Daughtry concert. It was so much fun!! Chris put on a great concert! It was a little short but way good. So thanks to my sweet husband for a great weekend and great friends to spend my birthday with. How are we ever going to top this year's birthday? Our hotel the Luxor
