TEMPLE SQUARE!

I am a little behind on the times we went to Temple Square the Sunday before Christmas with Grandma & Grandpa. It was so cold, but the kids had fun. They loved the pond & Caleb wanted to know why Mary & Joseph were in the water, it was pretty funny! Hopefully I will get around to Christmas pictures shortly. Hope everyone had a Merry Christmas!

CHRISTMAS PROGRAM!

Caleb had his preschool Christmas program last Friday. It was so funny to see these kids, some would just sit there and stare while others would be yelling the songs, it was so funny. Caleb would sing & then stare at the ones who were yelling. Thanks to a great teacher! I can not believe my little boy will be in Kindergarten next year! Time sure does fly! Caleb with his class singing. He is the 6th one from the left.
Grandpa & Peyton watching Caleb singing.
Grandma, Caleb & Grandpa after the program. Thanks so much for coming! Caleb sure loves when you do!

SNOW PLAY!

When it finally snowed enough to actually play in it that is all the kids wanted to do. All day they asked & asked so finally when fun old Dad came home he took them out!Peyton's 1st real snow play!
She loved it so much, I made her come in before Caleb came in & she just cried out the door for like 30 min because she was so mad that he was out in the snow & she was not.
We have a perfect little hill in our yard. So Caleb pulled out the sled & had a blast. As you can tell he had a little CRASH!
My pictures keep getting out of order, but here they are getting ready to go out & play in the snow!

TUACHAN!

While down in St. George for Thanksgiving we went to Tuachan. It is such a fun place. They have all the lights up & then of course good old santa. Caleb loved him and to no ones surprise Peyton cried like CRAZY! Santa had to bribe Peyton with a candy cane!
They have a train that takes you all over the park!
Here is the lovely santa visit. We were like 10th in line & all the kids in front loved him and then we showed up and Peyton became Santa's worst nightmare. At least we got a good laugh out of everyone in line!
Caleb telling Santa all he wants is Transformers for Christmas!

FAMILY FUN!

We all headed down to St. George for Thanksgiving and my mom thought it would be a good time for a family picture. I forgot to take pictures at the Thanksgiving festivities so these will have to do. Here is my whole family. We are going to have to do some switching of the heads on my kids. Caleb decided right at that moment he was mad & did not want to smile & Peyton is in her own world but it still turned out cute. Thanks to Uncle Mike for taking the picture!
Me & my sisters & little Bro.

STITCHES!

My dumb pictures keep getting messed up but the last one should be first & so on but anyways! Caleb was up at Grandma & Grandpa's house playing while me, my mom & sisters all went shopping I get a phone call from Grandpa telling me that I better come & get Caleb & take him to the hospital that he needs stitches. Him & Grandma were drawing pictures & he some how slipped off the chair & hit his chin on their counter & then fell smack down on the floor. His poor cheek was all bruised he looked like he had been beat up. So of course doctors offices are closed by now so we take him up to the hospital, he got 3 stitches not a big cut but very deep. He did pretty good they did have to Babosse him because he was not a fan of getting his head held still he never cried when they were giving him his shot he only screamed at the doctor to let his head go. So poor little Caleb looks a little beat up but he thinks he his pretty cool now & he got ANOTHER Transformer out of this whole ordeal! Caleb with his stitches

NO MORE BABY GIRL!!

Sorry the pictures kind of got out of order but you get the idea. So my little Miss Peyton has always been a easy baby she LOVES to sleep and would look forward to night-night time. Last weekend she slept at my sisters house & my sister Loni called to tell me that she just climbed out of her porta crib & would just cry unless Loni was holding her. I thought it was a fluke that she wouldn't be able to do it again, boy I was wrong. My poor sister had to deal with her all night climbing out so that being said, she came home & I thought she would not be able to climb out of her crib wrong again she was falling almost 3 feet so we decided it was time to make the switch to a BIG GIRL BED. But she is not taking to it so well, she just cry's for like an hour at the door & then falls asleep on the floor & wakes up 2 times a night. Needless to say I dread nap time & night time. Anyone have any advice on how to make her stay in bed? She is to young to bribe with prizes & it breaks my heart to listen to her pound on the door all night. So here is her new BIG girl bed.
We got her some bunk beds with out the ladder so she can not climb up & jump off the top bunk.We had a big party in her new bed to make her excited to sleep, but it did not work.
Here we are assembling the bed! Now if I say night-night she starts to cry, she loves her new bed as long as I am in the room with her if I leave she freaks out. I will till you though I am doing this while she is napping & she only cried for 10 min but I just checked on her & she is asleep against the door. Hopefully she will get the idea that her bed is more comfortable then the floor.
