FIELD TRIP

Caleb's school was heading on a field trip to the Dinosaur Museum and needed Mom's to help out so I signed up and was so excited to hang with Caleb. So the night before I am telling him how excited I am and can't wait and he proceeds to tell me "I really wish Dad was taking me instead" Oh the joys of motherhood:) but when I hopped on the bus he was so excited to see me and then was glad I was there. We took the hour and half ride up there (thank heavens for my phone to pass the time) and had a great time. We explored the museum, did some crafts and had a little picnic. I was in charge of 3 boys and Caleb but 2 of them are Caleb's best buddies so he was in heaven it was just like a play day for him!!

We had a pretty simple Easter this year. The kids woke up and found their baskets then we headed to Aunt Lindsey's house and had a egg hunt up there and then went up to Grams and Gramps house and had an egg hunt as well. Yes Caleb is in sweats and a t-shirt. I love every year buying the cutest outfits and making them all matchey, matchey but with Peyton being so sick we just never got out so Peyton wore the dress from the wedding and Caleb put on whatever he wanted!!

My beautiful cousin Crystal got married this week. I threw her a shower a couple of weeks ago and totally forgot to take pictures of all the decor but at least I remembered to take pictures of all the cousins-minus Megan who had to work:(!!

Her wedding was on Friday and poor Miss Peyton was not feeling well so needless to say we had to leave early to get her home, I finally took her in the next day and poor Peyton had Strep plus Mono-whoops I felt horrible for making her wait a full week before I took her in!!

This was how she was the WHOLE wedding whinny,clinggy and tired!!

At least I was able to get a family picture and she forced a half smile out!!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY QUINN!!

Clear back on March 22nd it was Quinn's Birthday, Happy Birthday old man!! Quinn is not a fan of Birthday's at all but when we heard his boyfriend (really he would be if Jon Bon Jovi asked him to be) was in town for a concert we were in. We dragged poor Laurie to this concert, her husband was down, her not so much!! Thanks for a fun night we started off at yummy Ruth Chris and then headed down to the concert. It was a good concert let me tell you for as old as that man is he can rock it!! Then our sweet neighbor called on the way home from the concert and made Quinn the yummiest carmel popcorn EVER!! Thanks Quinn for being a great husband, father to us we love you!!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY PRINCESS!!

It was our little Princess's Birthday yesterday. We had her friend party on Wednesday she wanted a "Baker" party but we settled on a "Cupcake" party. We went to a cute little cupcake shop where the girls got a tour of the shop and how they make the cupcakes and then they each got to decorate cupcakes. Then on her actual Birthday we took her to Texas Roadhouse (her choice) she loves this place and all she wanted to do was ride the horsey. How is my baby 4, she brings so much joy to this house and we all have such a love for her!! Some of the things Peyton loves at 4 are:

Playing the game, we had 14 numbers and when the music stopped we pulled out a number whose ever number it was, was then out. Little Miss thought she deserved that number 4 (because she was turning 4 you know) and when someone else was on that number we had a LITTLE meltdown. So here she is walking with Daddy and Mommy was making sure that magically the music stopped every time when she was on the 4!! Needless to say we had to make sure 4 was the last number so Peyton was the winner, we had to avoid any more meltdowns to ensure we had a GREAT party, so thanks girls for letting #4 win!!

We took the kids up to Solider Hollow to go tubing for Caleb's Birthday!! They were in heaven because I do not think a foot ever touched the snow and well even though they had a tow rope to pull you up the mountain Quinn and I still had ALOT of walking/pulling/dragging them up the hills, to say we were a little tired is an understatement!! After we got home Grandma B came and got the kids to take them to get yogurt!!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY ON THE 19th of MARCH!!

I am a little behind on blogging but Happy Birthday Buddy!! We had his friend Party a couple of days before his Birthday so on his Birthday we went Sledding up at Soilder Hollow and then went to Texas Roadhouse with our friends Ben and Laurie and their kids!! We had them sing Happy Birthday to Caleb and he had to get on the saddle and he was SOOOOO embarrassed I have never seen him be so shy and when I ask him later he said he did not like having everyone staring at him because it made him nervous!!

Last of best of all the games a new bike. He needed a new one so bad his old one was tiny it was the size of Peyton's!!
