MOVIE NIGHT!!

We had our neighbor's over last week for a movie night and to keep the kids out of are movie we set up their own fort/movie theater. They had all the fixins: Redbox Movie, Popcorn, Drink, and of course a candy to finish it off.

The best part I never heard a word from them and when we were done with our movie I went upstairs and they were fast asleep!!

HaPpY BiRThDaY tO mE!!

Last year in my 20's so I wanted to go out with a bang so what did I do? I started the day off by my awesome friend Laurie coming to get Peyton so I could go shopping with NO kids, gotta love that!! Then my sweet neighbor Taryn threw me a party that all my neighbor's came to, thanks to all that came and made my Birthday special. Then my sweet neighbor Deb took Peyton again so that I could go back shopping. Why is it when you have money to spend you can't find ANYTHING and when you don't you find the cutest things?

Then that night we went to good old Texas Roadhouse with our friends Ben and Laurie and their kids!!

Me mounting the saddle, this was a HUGE reason I did NOT want to go to Roadhouse but I love the food so I gave in. Peyton made me this awesome Birthday crown to wear while everyone was looking at me. Notice how happy Peyton is in the back ground that I was wearing her crown.

I hate attention on me so I was soooo embarrassed and to top it off I had a beautiful crown!!

Then we ended the night with some yummy Frogurt. Perfect Birthday spending time with family and friends. Once again thank you for all the calls, texts, and facebook messages I loved them all!!

After last experience on the knee board this little girl is done with all things behind the boat. We asked her if she would just sit on the tube and with A LOT of bribing she agreed to that and then Quinn turned the boat on and it was OVER she was ready to bail.

I love this picture she is ready to get the crap off this tube, Grandpa's holding onto her life vest to prevent her from bailing and Caleb is holding his ears because this girl can let out a scream like you have never heard!!

TIMP HIKE!!

Quinn's Dad put together a Summer of Fun Calendar and on that list was to hike Mt. Timpanogos so we can check that one off. We debated about bringing Peyton because its an 1hour and 30 min up and I mean up and then an 1hour in the cave and 30 min down but you know what she proved us wrong not a single whine or "can you carry me" came out of her mouth. The views incredible, the cave amazing and the hike down harder then the hike up, especially for someone who has bad knees and a small bladder:) But what a fun time and my kids can't wait to go back!!

The cave had some of the coolest features and boy did you want to touch them and pull them off. Some were like HUGE icicles that you just wanted to break down like you do in the Winter time but they frowned upon those ideas. Quinn even asked what would happen if you did and the guide said "just don't touch them and we don't have to worry about what would happen to you"

We headed up to the mountains to enjoy some nice summer weather, while the boys went fishing we went on a walk, and then roasted some marshmallows!!

Finally Dad caught one and we rushed down to see this MONSTER fish!!

Caleb still thought it was cool no matter what size it was.

That it started to get dark and Dallas whipped out this bad boy and I was the lucky one who got to wear it so we could see where we were going.

Fun night with friends, it's crazy to think we are surrounded by all these mountains and how little we actually get up there. We have made it a goal for the summer that everyone Sunday (the ones were not busy on) we go up and go for a hike and enjoy whats around us.

CAMPING

We went camping with some Neighbor's a couple of weeks. Good times of relaxing, eating yummy food, riding, talking, and of course camp fires with smores!!
