PUMPKIN CARVING

We finally got around to carving pumpkins the night before Halloween...whoops!! Luckily Luke was willing to help Caleb and Miss P was at a Birthday Party so when she got home we hurried and carved hers so we could get them to bed.

All ready for Halloween

WYOMING

We headed up to Star Valley, Wyoming for my cousins farewell, he is going to serve in Chile. My Mom rented a cute cabin for all of us and my sweet Aunt Sally had us up for dinner on Saturday night at her house. Peyton had fun with my Cousin Jamie 's twins.

My Aunt wasn't having lunch until later in the day and since we had a 3 hour drive in front of us we decided to head out and hit this yummy cafe as we left. Is it bad that we just attended a farewell and then headed to breakfast?:)

Every year I throw a Halloween Party for my kids but being the head room Mom for both of the kids classes and throwing 2 for the School Halloween Party. I decided to keep it small and let them invite 3 friends each. They made Haunted Houses.

HUNTING WITH DAD

This is the year Caleb got to go hunting with his Dad, Grandpa and Uncle Zach. He was soooo excited and couldn't sleep the night before. They went to Scheels a couple of nights before and got him some boots, orange hat and vest so he could be safe. They woke up at 4:30 in the morning and me being the good wife and Mom got up to send them out in the door with a lunch in hand. They didn't get home until 8:00 that night and then we had a little party so he didn't get to bed until like 11:00. He was such a champ and hiked over 15 miles without a single complaint out of him. And the best part they came home empty handed:)
