28 DAYS OF LOVE

I wanted to post 28 things I love about my kids and hubby for the "month of love". Of course I am already behind but hey I will finish it off strong!!

*I love the love my husband has for me and my kids!! Even after LONG day at work he will always come home and play with them!!

* I LOVE Peyton's hugs and kisses she is ALWAYS there to tell you she loves you and gives you a big hug

*I love Caleb's will to ALWAYS want to play it does not matter the time, the person or the place he will find someone to play with him!!

CHRISTMAS EVE

We went down to Temple Square for Christmas Eve this year. It was something new we usually go earlier but never made it down there so only half of Quinn's family was going to be with us so we went down there. It was pretty crowded and they had all the visitors centers closed so there was NO where to get warm so that was a bummer!! After we headed up to his parents house had some Hot Chocolate, opened jammies, and headed home so the Big Man could pay us a visit!! Temple square lights have to be some of the prettiest lights around, I wonder what it would cost to do my house like their lights :)?

SHE DID IT!!

Our neighborhood did a little Christmas get together in someones garage and instead of neighbor gifts you donated new toys to a children's shelter. Well as you saw before our last encounter with Santa did not go so well. So her mean Dad informed her that she was on the bad list and the way to get off that list was to sit on Santa's lap. So low and behold the jolly old man made an appereance at the party. She was actually really excited to sit on his lap and then I could not get her off his lap I think she talked to him for 5 min and then she asked if she could go sit on his lap again after she had already told him her whole list!! I am so PROUD of her and sure glad she made it back onto the "good" list, she made us call everyone after to let them know she was on the "good" list!! Caleb of course is not afraid of him and jumps right up on his lap and gave him his list as well.

NEIGHBOR HOOD X-MAS PARTY

We hosted a Christmas party this year with all our neighbors, we seriously have the BEST neighbors EVER!! I can never move because I love them all so much and we have ENDLESS supply of friends for my kids!! We did the typical eat, did white elephant gifts (some to dirty and funny to show pictures), then Taryn did a game where we split up into teams and had to guess what Christmas movie they were acting out!! It was such a great night!!

Peyton had another dance recital last month she did very good and loved being the center of attention. I did not get pictures of her while she was up on stage or one of our little family or the pretty little rose her prince (also know as her Daddy)....why you ask? Maybe due to the fact that I lost Caleb at this HUGE High School and we spent the ENTIRE time looking for him. We did pause for 3 min to watch our little Miss Peyton get her groove thing on and then went back to searching, come to find out he was just sitting with his friend Owen's family, only problem is he failed to tell me and so Quinn was not to happy so he took Caleb home!!

THANKSGIVING-10

I know I am major behind but hey the cruise took up a lot of blogging!! We headed down to my Mom's in St. George and enjoyed the warmer weather. My Uncle, cousin and her fiancee came as well. We played our annual Turkey Bowl, shopped, ate, ate and ate some more and then we all brought the dirt bikes down and did some riding and then we took the kids to Tuachan to see the lights and Santa!!

BARBADOS

Day 5

BARBADOS

Last Day was at Barbados, I loved this place as well. We did not have anything booked until the night before. All Quinn wanted to do was go snorkeling so we booked a excursion called the "Pirate Party Boat" it started out going snorkeling at some remote place and we forgot the underwater camera on the boat :( so no cool pictures. It was very pretty but I was not a fan of the guy chumming fish right next to me!! Then they take you to another beach and we got to play for a couple of hours, it rained for most of the time on the beach but we decided we would still play in the water because it was warmer in their anyways!! We snorkeled and played in the water and then the boat left but it was like a 1 hour trip back. Little did we know that once on the boat they opened the bar for FREE! Did not benefit us but by FAR the best entertainment EVER!! I love to people watch and this did not dissappoint me. I find it amazing what alcohol can do to people. We watched some guy be sooo drunk that right in front of me the guy slipped and busted his arm, it was the sickest thing ever. Watched some old couple shake their booties better then most young people and watched some 50+ dude think he was superman and try and fly!! I have never laughed so hard and by the time we left everyone was BEST FRIENDS!!

I just kept snapping them of all the people, they probably thought I was some CRAZY lady but hey we don't see this kind of stuff in Utah:)
